Impact of divide and rule

As I heard from my ancestors, also read some articles reagrding this either in newspapers or in magzines, all says that there was a time when Hindus and Muslims lived together happily. But the British policy of 'Divide and Rule' had a great impact on this Indian society, even one could easily sense this till today. The British used their policy in every county to rule them. But the effect may not be seen in those countries till today. But, as far as India is concerned, its a different case. Already a nation divided in three different parts, and all based on religious issues. 1947 partision is based on the religion. A communal violence across the India happened on the eve of independence in 1947. Not only the day of India's Independence, but each day there is either a small or a big news about such things flashes on television screens, or printed in black letters. What happened to the people of India, as more than 70% of the Indian people are literate, then also they don't realised this thing yet. Is this going to end some day or it continues for a long time with more and more adverse effect every time. As this condition exist for long then might be the future things are much more adverse, one cannot even imagine about that.
Recently, Kashmir in news about same things as they were demanding a partition based on the religion issue. I dont think anyone will accept for another partition. What was wrong with Kashmir was that people gave support to separatist elements, rather than a nationalist movement. They gave support to some anti-national elements which they are not going to get any support from our people side or even from international side. Many of us not yet forget the memories of Gujrat riots. And everyone knows that these things are not only useless but affect a states life a lot, and demolish a state. I don't want to memorise the sad memories, as everyone is aware of all of them.

Wake up people before its to late, as its a jus nonsense, we still not able to overcome the patches created by British Policy of Divide and Rule. Even the Britishers don't think that the condition would go that worse. Can I able to see those days which I only heard or read about.

China vs India: Sikkim border conflict between India and China in 1967

Did you know India has offered 800 sheep and 59 yaks to China. Image Source: Google Images I am pretty sure its hard to believe, but its true, that India has offered 800 sheep and 59 yaks to China. 1962 war with China will remain in the memories of most of the Indians. Although China was not able to gain any strategic advantage after the war. Hence China keeps on waiting or rather creating these small issues to take advantage out of them. For this China opened another front in Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh, but they did not find any reason to start any conflict with India in these reasons. Then comes this missing flock of 800 sheep and 59 yaks besides the allegations of territorial incursions. This let to the build-up Sikkim border conflict between India and China in 1967. This is what China was looking for since 1962 war. Exchanges between the two governments dating back to 1965 reveal that China accused Indian troops of stealing the flock of animals from Tibetan herdsmen
