Markets : I am not able to understand this one

I purchased some shares of India Foils Ltd. early morning today, and off to office. I was very sure about its rise in share prices of this share. At 2pm, I am some how able get free from office work and able to login into my Dmat account, I noticed that their was upper circuit on India Foils Ltd. I was happy at that time. And I left that as it is.
Now, when I came back from office, I was checking the updates for the sahre which I brought up, and certainly I found this. Check the above picture.

Look at the above picture, is it possible for a share, that after the upper cicuit hit, is it reopenable in the very same day. Thank God the share recovered, otherwise, I have to suffer huge losses.
