Job Description :


This automotive fluids specialist position is to help with strategic automotive accounts' technical activities for 2012 in Asia region.

 

Key Job Functions/Accountabilities:

 

The automotive fluids Specialist Engineer based in India will


·         Develop a compelling collection of examples, demos and technical material to assist the sales team with the strategic activities for

      automotive accounts. (Strategic Account Development)

·         Provide advice and execute cutting edge benchmarks, services projects for Asia Automotive accounts. (Services and Presales Support)

·         Provide mentoring to local teams to build automotive expertise over time. (Build Expertise)

·         Work with global automotive experts and product creation channels to ensure that requirements of the automotive accounts in Asia are 

      fully represented and the products coming out are stress tested against targeted applications. (DEV Connection)

·         Assist Asia automotive marketing program with content creation, messaging and delivery of technical material. (Marketing Support)

·         Contribute in Strategic Consulting Services to promote new software license sales and expansion.

·         Develop and delivery of Customized/Advanced training material as per the customer request.

·         Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with Asia automotive customers.

 

 

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

 

  • Candidate should be a Graduate/Post Graduate/Phd in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
  • Candidate should have a 4+ of years experience using ANSYS CFD products or a commercial/academic Finite volume Analysis Code preferably in the area of fluid mechanics.
  • Candidate should preferably have a 4+ of years experience in automotive industrial applications.
  • Candidates should have good insight into automotive industries need for CFD simulations.
  • Excellent understanding of fluid mechanics, heat transfer.
  • Excellent analytical, visualization and problem solving skills
  • Candidate should be able to create and present technical information which can be appreciated by different management levels at the customer site. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

China vs India: Sikkim border conflict between India and China in 1967

Image Source: Google Images I am pretty sure its hard to believe, but its true, that India has offered 800 sheep and 59 yaks to China. 1962 war with China will remain in the memories of most of the Indians. Although China was not able to gain any strategic advantage after the war. Hence China keeps on waiting or rather creating these small issues to take advantage out of them. For this China opened another front in Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh, but they did not find any reason to start any conflict with India in these reasons. Then comes this missing flock of 800 sheep and 59 yaks besides the allegations of territorial incursions. This let to the build-up Sikkim border conflict between India and China in 1967. This is what China was looking for since 1962 war.
