Role: Associate Systems Engineer/ Systems Engineer

Shift: Night Shift (US)

Job Location : Bangalore – (same as Walkin venue)

Excellent Communication & System Skills

Experience in Healthcare Helpdesk environment will be highly preferred

Willingness to work in night shifts

Good understanding of operating systems, productivity software, electronic e-mail, printers or related hardware, security and PC desktops

Any IT Infrastructure Certification is good to have

Areas of Responsibility:

Provides phone support to customers by resolving semi complex technical and application problems.

Any type of technical and application problem to be resolved

Resolving problems while maintaining a high level of customer service

Strong Customer Service, excellent troubleshooting,

Strong verbal and written communications and excellent computer keyboard skills

Must log all incoming calls (includes WEB, E-mail, V-Mail and Fax) into Remedy call tracking tool. If problem is not fixed 1st level must assign event to appropriate on-site resource and with appropriate priority.

Use all associated tools to help triage and/or resolve problem

Ability to provide support during our night time (Normal staff), Our phone system does allow for work from home, however the HD mandates all employees be in this building for their shift
