Java Flex opportunity with Mastek Mumbai

We have immediate requirement for Java Flex at Mastek (Mumbai)

Please find below the JD :

• Experience in the range of 2-4 years of Flex 3.0 development. Other experiences need to be Java (JSP, Servlet or J2EE).
• Should be able to work with complex UI requirements and components (like data grids, module loaders, flex effects etc).
• Should have experience in Flex integration with Java components (JSP, Servlet or J2EE), ideally web services would be a big plus.
• Should have exposure for Flex Frameworks. (Ideally PureMVC however any other like Cairngorm should be fine, but need to be conversant).
• Should have learning attitude and teaming and team synergy qualities. Should be able to put extra efforts for learning and working.
• Some exposure to web development and basic knowledge related to web applications and some exposure to database.

Nice to have:
• Knowledge of Advanced Grids/ Flash application development
• Knowledge of web services using Java / Spring
• Knowledge of design patterns.
