1. Create logical data structures,
2. Coding and Apply best practices of coding Adherence and compliance to Project/organization processes and standards.

Job skills required,
1) have to work on WEB BASED APPLICATIONS
2) should have strong struts knowledge
3) strong OOPs (Object Oriented Programming)
4) you should have the knowledge of JSP/EJB and how to use it within J2EE Framework
